It is a great net. The frame is elastic type cord across top, not metal, but it seems strong. It is better quality than I thought but not finest fishing gear. For $6 it is good value

I want to start fishing as a hobby, but I stand out at Cheonwon-Mart. I bought it like a fishing rod. It looks more useful than you think. The only plastic injection molding is a bit crude. If you think about the price, you can accept it.

This is a very good little net and will be great once modified: 1. the inner handle will get expansion foam on each end to float, 2. handle will have luminous and reflective bands to find in low light and darkness, 3. a luminous float to find once over board. As the netting ages, it will be coated with flex seal to be gentle to released fish. I strongly recommend this net and will be getting more. There was no need to contact seller.
