Fast delivery to Canada (it took 11 days in total). Exactly as pictured. Very happy with this radio. Comes with the hard plastic case as well which I wasn’t expecting. And this model is upgraded with a USB-C charging port which is another bonus. Ships with a 32gb SD card which was also more than I expected. Store communication was efficient and friendly. I am completely satisfied with my experience and the radio which is exactly as advertised. Remember that if you are in North or South America including Canada the radio needs to be set to 10k frequencies or you won’t pick up all the stations. The only negative is that the manual was only available in Chinese but an English manual is readily available online if you search for it.
