Seems to work very well. Only issue was the mechanism for tightening the ball joint on the base to the phone holder itself wasn’t aligned with the threading correctly, but some light brute force fixed that easily enough. I haven’t used it properly in my car yet, but I checked in the house and it does charge my iPhone XS.
